Promoting Louisiana Missions

You may find that I Blog a lot about my "Church Activities" - - I do - - it's because it brings me so much JOY  - So - today I'm blogging about a Church Activity - - known as the "Week of Prayer for Louisiana State Missions" - -

I was asked to contact Louisiana Agencies to collect items to promote our great State of Louisiana - as we enter our "Week of Prayer".   Unfortunately, Louisiana is in a Budget Crisis and will not have any collectable items available until October (too late !) - - of which I plan to collect (in October) and HOLD until next year's "Week of Prayer for Louisiana State Missions".

However - - I was able to collect some Louisiana Tea Bags - - We will distribute during the upcoming Senior Citizens September Luncheon - AKA  as "Yesterday's Youth" - - As they drink their Tea at home - they will be reminded to Pray for our Louisiana Missions.  This idea seemed really cool with our Mission Ladies !
