"Tis the Season - - Eye Cataract Surgery !

'Tis the Season - - for Eye Cataract Surgery - - Another one of my close friends is having Eye Cataract Surgery today & then again in 2 weeks.  Three of my friends had Eye Cataract Surgery during the Summer - - just days apart.  Ironically, we are close friends - - and all the same age.  My Ophthalmologist has discussed mine to be next Spring - - guess my Eye Vision is better  than theirs :>)




But - I'm delighted & relieved to know that the first 3 ladies actually all had wonderful things to say about their surgery - - all agreeing it is an Easy Surgery.  One friend was actually driving the next day - - but unable to bend over to feed her cat - - thank God for Sisters !  




 
I just heard from Diane as I was typing this Post  - - - she said her Eye Surgery went 'perfect' - - and that she was awake during Surgery - - heard the Doctor talking to her.  She had to fast last night before today's Surgery, so she and her husband are going to get McDonald's Breakfast before going home from Surgery.


There are 2 things the patient must do after Surgery - - 1.  Lots of Eye Drops for several days after Surgery; - and -  2.  Must not bend down for one day after Surgery.


They all say - - Vision is wonderful afterwards  - - but they also said - - they were able to Relax knowing our Sunday School Class was Praying for them !
