I've started Walking during the Evenings in my neighborhood. Very Enjoyable ! Neighbors are ALWAYS outside on a bright, sunny day ! Occasionally, I will visit w/my Uncle on His nearby Farm. And, just the Walking thru-out the Neighborhood is so relaxing - - where both my Family & Friends live. Currently, my route is 40-minutes long - I plan to increase this as the Summer rolls along. Walking leaves me feeling Great ! Hope my Social Calendar allows me to continue my new-found Walking !
Great exercise physically and mentally.
