Fundraiser for YOUTH - Summer Camp
****VOLUNTEERS NEEDED****
The annual BBQ Chicken Dinner - Youth Summer Camp Fundraiser will officially begin tonight (Wednesday) - 6pm. Dinner Pickup will be on Thursday, March 24, 2016 - 8AM until 6PM.
This Evening - we will start prepping approximately 1500 chicken halves.
+ We need 12-14 people to "trim the fat"!
+ If chicken is not your thing....we still have plenty of work to be done:
- - Kitchen Crew
- - Baking (or Buying) Dessert - - (NO Icing)
- - Bagging Desserts for the Plates
- - Staging the Assembly Line
- - Clean-up
- - Deliver paid Dinners to Homes
- - P R A Y I N G ! !
- - Much more!
We can all do a little something towards the benefit of our Church Youth - - as they begin to prepare to attend Summer Youth Camp at Crossroads in South Carolina !
This is one of those little Ministry Opportunities - - I plan to donate a couple of Bundt Cakes & Bag Desserts !
