The end of r-12

The conclusion of our R-12 Study

Romans 12: 14-21

¹⁴ Bless those who persecute you - - bless and do not curse.
¹⁵ Rejoice with those who rejoice - - mourn with those who mourn.
¹⁶Live in harmony with one another - - do not be proud - - do not be conceited.
¹⁷ Do not repay anyone evil for evil.  Be careful to do what is right.
18If it is possible - - leave at peace with everyone.
¹⁹ Do not take revenge - - but leave room for God's wrath.
    for it is written, - God says;  "Vengenance is mine - I will repay."
²⁰ On the contrary:  "if your enemy is hungry - feed him; 
    if he is thirty, give him drink - - in doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."
²¹ Do not be overcme by evil -  - but overcome evil with good. 

Wow - what a prayerful command from our Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ.
In essence, GOD is saying - - 'turn the other cheek' -- do NOT hold a grudge.

Obedience is a Choice - - God will give us the Grace to love our enemies.

People can hurt us in so many ways - - but we must:
1.  Forgive  - - - this is a Choice
2.  Forgiving - - this is a Process - - be forgiving in your actions towards them
3.  Forgiven - -  this is when you can feel God's peace & Joy - - in knowing you have forgiven 

We are hurt by our family - friends - loved ones - co-workers - strangers - those we come in contact with - But to follow Jesus' command - we must ' forgive that person' - - no matter how small the hurt is - and Pray for that person - -pray Blessings upon that person.   Do not repay with evil.    They will see the JOY of the Lord upon your life.

Remember - - God knows everything - - He'll re-pay ! - - The Bible tells me so !
